    I just can’t stop loving it I have did those exercise with my low calorie diet I did hard plan 2 and within that thirty days as well with my low calorie diet I lost 21 pounds and I keep going cuz I love it and when I do day one in the morning I do it after lunch at one and five in the evening so three times a day I just love it

    Good app, but lacks natural progression once you finish a level. For instance the end of easy 1 is way harder than the beginning of easy 2 or medium 1. Also, at the end of medium, the workouts start to take too long.

    It is quite interesting & it has lots of goals to achieve body fitness. But a bit of un satisfaction with this… I hate the Theme. If it’s in black I’ll love it…
